Basketball Game Recap: Trinity vs. Hazen

After flying high against Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] last week, the Hazen Bison came back down to earth. Hazen came up short against the Trinity Titans this past Thursday, falling 70-63. The Bison's defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

The loss dropped the Bison's record to 15-5. The victory was the third in a row for Trinity and raised their record to 17-3.

The Bison are staying on the road on Friday to face off against Beulah. Hazen has seen their point totals decreasing over the past four games, a vulnerability Beulah is surely hoping to exploit. Trinity has the luxury of staying at home another game and will welcome Killdeer on Friday. The Titans have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
