Football Game Preview: Dupree vs. Faith

Faith have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Dupree at 7:00 PM. Faith are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.

Last Friday, Faith put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. Everything came up roses for them against Bison as the team secured a 52-0 win. Junior Treyton Bushong, who passed for 131 yards and 4 touchdowns, was a major factor in Faith's success. Bushong has been a consistent playmaker for Faith as this was the 7th good game in a row from him.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 72 points the game before, Dupree faltered in their contest last Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-42 to Harding County. Dupree were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-22.

Faith simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Dupree 74-20. The rematch might be a little tougher for Faith since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
