Volleyball Recap: East Jefferson's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

East Jefferson waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Carver Collegiate Academy Rams. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day East Jefferson got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13.

East Jefferson now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Carver Collegiate Academy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Jefferson will head out to take on Fisher at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carver Collegiate Academy, they will take on Landry at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
