Como-Pickton not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since August 15th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Boles Hornets. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won seven in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Como-Pickton took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-7, 25-9.

Como-Pickton's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Boles, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
