Basketball Recap: Idea Timberwolves vs. Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons
Idea extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 2-7. They took a blow against the Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons, falling 85-49. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Timberwolves of the 59-43 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Idea's loss came despite strong showings from Sean Baltimore and Tobias Hammett. Baltimore shot 54% from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and three steals, while Hammett dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards. Baltimore is on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played.
As for Digital Pioneers Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2. They have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 21 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Digital Pioneers Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ja'Von Johnson, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 12 points in addition to eight steals and five rebounds. Johnson has become a key player for the Pythons: the team is undefeated when he posts at least three steals, but 1-2 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenneth Borders, who shot 86% from the field to rack up 15 points and five steals.
