Soccer Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Calvary Christian Academy has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the NSU University Sharks. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by just one goal.

Calvary Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for NSU University, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian Academy will host Westminster Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for NSU University, they will welcome Hialeah Educational Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hialeah Educational Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.
