Bosque had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the West Mesa Mustangs a 10-0 shutout. Rose Candelaria was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Bosque's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for West Mesa, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-16.

Coming up, Bosque will challenge Navajo Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bosque will be up against Navajo Prep's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.53 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for West Mesa, they will host St. Pius X at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Mesa will need to watch out since St. Pius X have now posted at least four goals in their last four matchups.
