Volleyball Recap: Marion Local Takes a Loss

If Marion Local was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Wayne Trace on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Flyers lost 3-0 to the St. Henry Redskins on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Redskins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Olivia Gast was the offensive standout of the match as she had 11 digs.

Marion Local's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for St. Henry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Marion Local does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Henry, they will challenge Columbus Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
