Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northern Bedford County). Everything went their way against the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets on Tuesday as they made off with a 12-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Rockets: they've now won six in a row.

Aaron Bowers was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Bryson Free also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Northern Bedford County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .655. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Northern Bedford County's record is now 5-3. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, Northern Bedford County will challenge Juniata Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hornets have averaged an impressive 8.1 runs per game this season. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they will take on Portage in a tournament on Saturday.
