Basketball Recap: Northmor Victorious

If Crestline wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Northmor, they should've done a better job of containing Ryann Brinkman. The Northmor Golden Knights walked away with a 55-47 win over the Crestline Bulldogs on Saturday thanks in part to Brinkman, who went 6 for 10 on her way to 15 points and five steals. Those 15 points gave her a new career-high.

Northmor's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Crestline, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Northmor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 34-29 defeat against Loudonville on the 3rd. As for Crestline, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 62-11 loss against Mansfield Christian on the 2nd.
