Volleyball Game Preview: Northwest Lions vs. Parkway North Vikings

Northwest has won four straight games at home, while Parkway North has won four straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. Northwest will welcome Parkway North at 5:30 p.m. Parkway North took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Northwest, who comes in off a win.

While Northwest didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past Ladue Horton Watkins 3-0 on Monday.

The win didn't come easy: Ladue Horton Watkins scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 26-24.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Parkway North and Parkway Central had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Parkway North lost 3-0 to Parkway Central on Monday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Parkway North was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Parkway Central work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 27-25, 25-19.

Parkway North's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Northwest, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-1.
