Volleyball Recap: Regina Comes Up Short

After flying high against Durant on Thursday, Regina came back down to earth. The Regals fell just short of the Bettendorf Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Regals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Regina's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Bettendorf, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8.

Regina didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Clear Creek-Amana on the 13th. As for Bettendorf, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Mid-Prairie on the 13th.
