Football Recap: Severance Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Severance, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They managed a 12-7 victory over the Timnath Cubs on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Silver Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Severance back to even at 1-1. As for Timnath, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Severance has already played their next game, a 23-7 defeat against Riverdale Ridge on the 12th. As for Timnath, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 24-0 victory against Thompson Valley on the 12th.
