Soccer Recap: Vincent Memorial Finishes Even with Imperial

For the first time this season, Vincent Memorial was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Imperial Tigers finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Vincent Memorial's goal came courtesy of Santiago Carmona, which was the first he's scored this season.

With that draw, Vincent Memorial's record moves to 3-2-1. Meanwhile, Imperial's record is now 5-1-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vincent Memorial will be home for the holidays to greet Brawley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Imperial, they will host El Capitan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Imperial's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
