Soccer Game Preview: Manual vs. Kennedy

The Manual Thunderbolts will face off against the Kennedy Commanders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manual is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Manual gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They had just enough and edged out William Smith 2-1. Two seems to be a good number for Manual as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Edgar Salas and Gabriel Ruiz scored both of Manual's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Kennedy didn't have quite enough to beat Denver North on Friday and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Kennedy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 194th, while Denver North are ranked 39th).

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Manual, their win bumped their record up to 4-1-1.
