Soccer Game Preview: Cimarron-Memorial vs. Bonanza + How To Watch

The Cimarron-Memorial Spartans will venture away from home to square off against the Bonanza Bengals at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Cimarron-Memorial has three straight victories, Bonanza has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

While Cimarron-Memorial's win against Somerset Sky Pointe wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Monday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Cimarron-Memorial were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Rebecca Gonzalez, who's now up to 16 this season.

Meanwhile, Bonanza fell victim to Cheyenne and their airtight defense on Monday. They fell just short of the Desert Shields by a score of 1-0.

Cimarron-Memorial's win bumped their record up to 10-2-1. As for Bonanza, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Cimarron-Memorial took their victory against Bonanza in their previous matchup back in August by a conclusive 9-1 score. In that contest, the Spartans amassed a halftime lead of 5-1, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
