Volleyball Recap: Sidney Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Sidney took on Fergus on Saturday. The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Golden Eagles. The Eagles have struggled against the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Sidney's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Fergus, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Sidney is set to face off against their familiar foe Dawson County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fergus will take on rival Custer County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
