Softball Recap: Clyde Takes a Loss

Clyde lost to Wall on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 3-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clyde saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Belinda Sanchez, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Clyde's loss dropped their record down to 20-2. As for Wall, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Clyde and Wall will both be playing Jim Ned the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Hawks will host them at 4:00 p.m. on the 17th.
