Basketball Recap: Bathgate's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Bathgate came into Monday's match having lost 15 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They enjoyed a cozy 25-9 win over the Morris Bulldogs on Monday. For Bathgate, this counts as revenge for the 32-30 victory Morris walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Bathgate's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Morris, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bathgate will venture away from home to face off against Young Women's Leadership at 4:30 p.m. on December 17th. As for Morris, they will head out on the road to challenge Archimedes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
