Guy-Perkins typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Quitman proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Thunderbirds. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Thunderbirds: they've now won six in a row.

Quitman's win bumped their record up to 10-2-2. As for Guy-Perkins, their loss ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.
