Recap: Claremont Wolfpack vs. Alta Loma Braves
The Claremont Wolfpack's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight loss. They took a 67-52 bruising from Alta Loma. Claremont has not had much luck with Alta Loma recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Despite the loss, Claremont still got an impressive performance from Hugo Montejo, who scored 13 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Douglass Johnson III, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Claremont bumped their record down to 5-19 with that loss, which was their 12th straight at home. As for Alta Loma, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.
Claremont will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Glendora at 7:00 p.m. Glendora is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games. As for Alta Loma, they will head out on the road to square off against Bonita at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bonita presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Alta Loma in California (Bonita is ranked 304th, while Alta Loma is ranked 792nd).
