Basketball Recap: Reedsville Comes Up Short

Reedsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs, falling 71-37. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-38 back in January.

Reedsville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for St. Mary Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 18-2.

Looking ahead, Reedsville will host Mishicot at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Mishicot has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. St. Mary Catholic has already played their next match (against Howards Grove), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
