It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but White House ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They skirted past the Macon County Tigers 7-6. The win continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

White House now has a winning record of 15-14-1. As for Macon County, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-15.

White House wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Lawson on the 9th. Macon County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
