Brookfield Academy won the last time they faced St. Francis and things went their way on Thursday too. The Brookfield Academy Blue Knights came out on top against the St. Francis Mariners by a score of 84-72.

When it comes to explaining why St. Francis lost, don't look at Cameron Nerby. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 29 points and ten boards. What's more, Nerby also posted a 68% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2023. Josh Green was another key player, going 6-for-15 to rack up 17 points and four steals.

Brookfield Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for St. Francis, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.
