Softball Recap: Lamar County Comes Up Short

Lamar County was the 3-2 winner over Fayette County when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell 4-1 to the Tigers on Saturday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lamar County's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Fayette County, their win bumped their record up to 9-16.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Lamar County beat the Tigers by a score of 3-2 later that day.
