Soccer Game Preview: Warwick vs. Goshen Central + How To Watch

The Warwick Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Goshen Central Gladiators at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Tuesday, Warwick got the win against Minisink Valley by a conclusive 6-1. Given Warwick's advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 60th, while Minisink Valley are ranked 422nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Goshen Central kept a clean sheet against Valley Central on Tuesday. They blew past the Vikings 3-0. The victory continues a trend for Goshen Central in their matchups with Valley Central: they've now won seven in a row.

Goshen Central now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Warwick, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Warwick beat Goshen Central by a goal in their previous meeting back in September, winning 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
