Basketball Recap: Conway Christian Skates Past King's Academy with Ease

Conway Christian won the last time they faced King's Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Conway Christian Eagles took their matchup with ease, bagging a 55-26 win over the King's Academy Lions. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Eagles had established a 25 point advantage.

Leading Conway Christian to victory were Brailin Barnhill and Dalton Droll. Barnhill went 7 of 12 en route to 16 points and eight boards, while Droll went 6 for 8 on his way to 12 points in addition to five rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Miles Crawford, who posted seven points.

Conway Christian moved to 4-10 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for King's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conway Christian will challenge Lee Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King's Academy, they will face off against Emmanuel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
