There's no place like home for Pleasant Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Red Bluff Spartans on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-1 back in April.

Alissa Snipes made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.
