After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eagle Rock, Marshall was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bravo Knights 3-2. The Barristers haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Marshall took Bravo into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-8, 22-25, 24-26, 15-10.

The victory got Marshall back to even at 12-12. As for Bravo, they moved to 10-18 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

After both having extra time off, Marshall and Franklin will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. The Barristers are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Bravo, they will square off against Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. The Knights will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: the Tigers will have lost three straight heading into Monday's game.
