 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Flatirons Academy had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They walked away with  an   8-4  win over the Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Flatirons Academy.
 The team  relied heavily on  Jude Meyer, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Aidan Lambrecht, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 On Rocky Mountain Lutheran's side,  Justus Cunningham made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4. Cunningham is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last four games he's  played.
 Flatirons Academy has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record  this season. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
