Volleyball Recap: Chesapeake Beats Fairland for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Chesapeake had won three straight games and Bre Scarberry did her part to make it four on Tuesday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fairland Dragons thanks in part to Scarberry, who had 12 digs and three assists. Scarberry is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

While Chesapeake won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-21.

Chesapeake's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Fairland, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coming up, Chesapeake will venture away from home to take on Dawson-Bryant at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairland, they will welcome Wheelersburg at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
