Baseball Preview: Eaglecrest Raptors vs. Grandview Wolves
For the second straight game, Eaglecrest will face off against Grandview. The Raptors will welcome the Wolves at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
On Tuesday, Eaglecrest came up short against Grandview and fell 4-1.
For Grandview's part, Logan Hurtado got the start for Grandview and what a start it was: he struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave Hurtado a new career-high. Jackson Bernosky picked up the save, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
