The Schuylkill Valley Panthers will head out to face off against the Berks Catholic Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.

Friday just wasn't the day for Schuylkill Valley's offense. They lost 7-0 to Hamburg on Friday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Berks Catholic had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 7-1 win. Considering the Saints have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Trey Stricker made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over six innings pitched. Stricker was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
