Volleyball Recap: Baystate Academy Finds Home Court Redemption Against Libertas Academy Charter

There's no place like home for Baystate Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Libertas Academy Charter Lions on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Baystate Academy was: they took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-7, 25-9.

Baystate Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Libertas Academy Charter, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Looking ahead, Baystate Academy will welcome Taconic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Thunder will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Baystate Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Libertas Academy Charter, they will head out on the road to square off against Hampden Charter School of Science at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
