Basketball Recap: Livingston Central Comes Up Short

Livingston Central suffered their biggest loss since January 14th on Friday. They came up short against the Hopkins County Central Storm, falling 87-67. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Storm recently, as the team's come up short the last nine times they've met.

Livingston Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Hopkins County Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-12.

Coming up, Livingston Central will head out to square off against Union County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Livingston Central knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Union County likes a good challenge. As for Hopkins County Central, they have already played their next matchup, a 78-63 loss against Hopkinsville on the 8th.
