Recap: Memorial Christian Academy Warriors vs. CenTex HomeSchool Chargers
The Memorial Christian Academy Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They fell to CenTex HomeSchool 30-25. Memorial Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as CenTex HomeSchool apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2019.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead CenTex HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kolton Skinner, who scored 12 points. Keith Hernandez was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Memorial Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for CenTex HomeSchool, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memorial Christian Academy will challenge Mount Calm at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for CenTex HomeSchool, they will head out on the road to face off against Texas Wind at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
