Volleyball Recap: Sacramento Waldorf Snaps 11-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

After flying high against Encina on Monday, Sacramento Waldorf came back down to earth. The Waves lost 3-0 to the Forest Lake Christian Falcons on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-20, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Bree Wilson, who had 17 digs and one assist. That's the most digs she has posted over her last three matches.

Sacramento Waldorf's defeat ended an 11-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 15-2. As for Forest Lake Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-8.

Sacramento Waldorf has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Futures on the 16th. As for Forest Lake Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Foresthill on the 16th.
