Soccer Game Preview: Marshfield vs. River Falls

The Marshfield Tigers will face off against the River Falls Wildcats on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Marshfield is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They never let Menomonie get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask River Falls). Everything went their way against Altoona on Tuesday as they made off with an 8-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what River Falls needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Marshfield's record now sits at 6-11-3. As for River Falls, their record is now 9-6-2.
