Volleyball Game Preview: Seneca Fighting Irish vs. Henry-Senachwine Mallards

The Seneca Fighting Irish will challenge the Henry-Senachwine Mallards at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Seneca sitting on four straight victories and Henry-Senachwine on five.

On Tuesday, Seneca beat St. Bede 2-0.

Meanwhile, Henry-Senachwine posted their closest win since September 22nd on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Dwight 2-1.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Henry-Senachwine who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 22-25, 25-16.

Seneca's victory bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Henry-Senachwine, their win bumped their record up to 27-4.
