Basketball Game Preview: Elbert County Blue Devils vs. Hart County Bulldogs

Elbert County hasn't had much luck against Hart County recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Elbert County Blue Devils will get right back to it and host the Hart County Bulldogs at 8:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Elbert County came up short against Banks County and fell 83-72.

Meanwhile, Hart County waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Spartans 67-36. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 21 points or more this season.

Elbert County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Hart County, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Elbert County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Hart County when the teams last played back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 65-60 victory. Will Elbert County repeat their success, or does Hart County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
