Baseball Recap: East Aurora Comes Up Short

East Aurora came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Alden Bulldogs, falling 16-4. The Blue Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

East Aurora saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zack Stupski, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

East Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Alden, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. East Aurora is set to face off against their familiar foe Holland at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Alden will take on rival Eden at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
