Jacksonville has gone a perfect 5-0 against Marshall recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Jacksonville Fightin' Indians will square off against the Marshall Mavericks at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Jacksonville is headed into the match having not lost since January 11 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Mt. Pleasant finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

Meanwhile, Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against Mt. Pleasant, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, the Mavericks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 621st, while the Tigers are ranked 209th).

Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 2-13-1. Jacksonville's draw gives them a new season record of 18-1-3.

Everything went Jacksonville's way against Marshall in their previous matchup back in February, as Jacksonville made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jacksonville since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
