Gregori has gone 8-1-1 against Enochs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Gregori Jaguars will face off against the Enochs Eagles at 3:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Tuesday, Gregori came up short against Turlock and fell 4-2.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Enochs was not quite Downey's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the Knights. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 297th, while the Knights are ranked 108th).

Enochs has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8-1 record this season. As for Gregori, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-2.

Gregori beat Enochs by a goal when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gregori since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
