Brentwood put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the Lake Oconee Academy Titans to the tune of 43-0. The War Eagles pushed the score to 36-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Titans had no chance of recovering from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brentwood to victory, but perhaps none more so than Abe Williams, who rushed for 94 yards and two TDs on only nine carries. Those two rushing touchdowns gave Williams a new career-high. Tristan Robinson helped out on the ground, rushing for 98 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Brentwood was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 288 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Brentwood's record now sits at 4-0. As for Lake Oconee Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brentwood will face off against Thomas Jefferson Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the War Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Lake Oconee Academy, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Glenn Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
