Football Game Preview: Tri-Valley Scotties vs. Sheridan Generals

The Tri-Valley Scotties will head out on the road to square off against the Sheridan Generals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Tri-Valley sitting on three straight wins and Sheridan on six.

On Friday, Tri-Valley made easy work of Philo and carried off a 37-15 victory. The result was nothing new for the Scotties, who have now won six matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Sheridan got the win against Morgan on Friday by a conclusive 35-14. The Generals pushed the score to 35-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Raiders cut but never quite recovered from.

Tri-Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Sheridan, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 6-2.

Tri-Valley beat Sheridan 21-9 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Scotties since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
