Baseball Game Preview: Doss Dragons vs. Iroquois Raiders

Doss has gone a perfect 5-0 against Iroquois recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Dragons will take on the Raiders at 5:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Doss and four for Iroquois.

Doss fell victim to Holy Cross and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Iroquois lost 17-4 to Jeffersontown on Monday.

Iroquois' defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Doss, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-9.

Doss took their victory against Iroquois in their previous matchup back in April of 2018 by a conclusive 17-6 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
