Baseball Recap: Nettleton Drops Highest Score of Season Against Desoto

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gosnell, Nettleton was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They never let the DeSoto Thunderbirds get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. The Raiders' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The victory got Nettleton back to even at 2-2. As for DeSoto, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Nettleton has already played their next match (against Des Arc), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. DeSoto will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Washington at 6:00 p.m. on March 31st.
