Basketball Recap: Nickerson Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Nickerson duked it out with Haven on Tuesday. The Panthers might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Wildcats an easy 83-63 victory. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 62-34 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Nickerson's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Haven, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nickerson will be home for the holidays to greet Trinity Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Haven will take on Belle Plaine in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
