Volleyball Recap: Maddie Rocha Key Part of Team Effort in Knights Win

Dominion Christian won the last time they faced McEachern and things went their way on Saturday too. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 win over the Indians. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Dominion Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maddie Rocha, who had seven aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Rachel Caldwell, who had nine digs and four aces.

They weren't the only good server: Dominion Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 26 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Dominion Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for McEachern, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Dominion Christian has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Westminster on the 9th. As for McEachern, they will face off against Pebblebrook at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
