Basketball Recap: Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Comes Up Short

If Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood was riding high fresh off their 65-43 takedown of Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Mavericks fell 55-43 to the Glenburn Panther on Tuesday. The Mavericks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panther earlier this season, when they won 56-48.

Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Glenburn, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season.

While Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
